Michelle is Principal of The Elite Academy of Dance, founded 2002. She is a fully qualified ISTD teacher in Ballet (Licentiate, DDE), Tap (DDE), and Modern (DDE). Also offers Acrobatic Arts, Dang Theatre and Dance Syllabus, and RAD Silver Swans. In 2024 she graduated from The Royal Ballet School’s Diploma in Dance Teaching (DDT) and is a fellow member.
